Oversees the grant-funded Pathways Program to ensure alignment with best practices and funder requirements. Responsibilities include supervising staff, collecting program data, generating reports, and managing community partnerships.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field along with prior supervisory experience. Candidates must have experience with grants, data collection, and working with children and families.
Location: St. Vincent Medical Center
Provides oversight of grant-funded program, Suicide Programs to ensure the program is in line with best-practices and meets funder requirements, stated goals and program objectives. This includes training and supervision of program staff, data collection, generating funder program and funder reports, and working to generate program referrals.
Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the grant-funded program. This includes, direct supervision, training and evaluation of program staff, recruitment of program participants to ensure program capacity goals are met, and work with the Program Supervisor and Grant Support Coordinator on budget planning and implementation.
Collects and analyzes program data to ensure program is in line with best-practices and funder requirements and meets stated goals and objectives.
Generates program and funder reports in accordance with stated deadlines.
Represents the program on assigned community collaborative partnerships and at outreach events.
