Requires a Master's degree in social work or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of direct service experience. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and required background clearances.

The Crisis Program Supervisor is a strong role model for implementing Seneca’s model in direct care work with children.
