Oversee a team of Direct Support Professionals and manage operations across multiple residential group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, ensuring licensing compliance, and coordinating care with program specialists.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience working with children or adults with intellectual disabilities. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass criminal record and child abuse clearances.

Overview: As a Residential Supervisor at the Barber National Institute, you will oversee a team of Direct Support Professionals and manage the operations of multiple residential group homes. The supervisor will work most of their time in the group homes supporting staff but not part of the staff ratio. It is expected that the residential supervisor will work most weekends and holidays. The work times will vary from day to day based on the determined needs of each location.
