This position combines leadership, quality assurance, staff development, and direct support oversight. The Home Manager is responsible for leading a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintaining a survey-ready home, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for the people we support.

The Home Manager oversees the daily operations of a residential home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
