This role is responsible for completing timely, accurate evaluations and guiding families through the eligibility process with clarity and care.

Progressive Directions, Inc. is a nonprofit charitable organization established almost fifty years ago in Clarksville, TN. PDI is guided by its person-centered mission to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through providing innovative programs and delivering transformative services to the community. We currently support over 1,000 people in 12 Middle and West Tennessee counties. PDI continues reinforcing core beliefs by helping individuals reach personal success through gaining pride, dignity, and independence. Although there is no cure for an intellectual disability, services provide support for all persons to be active and included in their communities and to thrive throughout their lifetimes. These services touch their daily lives through education, justice, housing, recreation, employment, healthcare, and more.
