Certified Nursing Assistants provide basic care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. They assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Candidates must have a current NYS certification as a certified nursing assistant or be eligible for certification within four months of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and cope with the stresses of the position.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your primary responsibility will be to provide basic care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Shift: Days/Evenings/Nights
Status: Full-Time or Part Time
Every Other Weekend Rotation Required
Pay: $24.27 - $26.14 Per hour
$1.50 Per Hour - Evening/Night Shift Differential
