The Clinical Liaison Teach Nurse performs clinical assessments of patients referred for home infusion therapy to ensure safe home service delivery. They act as a primary clinical resource between the hospital and the home care team to coordinate quality care and discharge processes.
Candidates should have a nursing degree (Associate or BS) and a valid RN license, with a preference for experience in IV therapy and oncology. A valid driver's license and BLS certification are also preferred.

New England Life Care currently has Per Diem openings for Clinical Liaison Teach Nurses. These are full-time, on-site positions with extremely flexible schedules. The schedule is always based on your availability and the needs of the business.
Summary:
The Clinical Liaison Teach Nurse provides clinical assessment of patients referred by the member hospitals for home infusion therapy to determine their capabilities to safely receive services at home with NELC. They are also responsible for relationship building with hospital staff for quality coordination of care between hospital and home.
