The Road Supervisor leads frontline transportation operations by coaching drivers, conducting safety reviews, and managing accident responses. They ensure operational reliability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards while supporting daily dispatch and scheduling.
Candidates must possess a valid CDL and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include experience in transportation supervision, coaching hourly employees, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
