AI Nexus drives AI deployment across our organization. Your focus: employee adoption and change management. You will combine academic research with hands-on program work. You will study how employees adopt AI tools in practice. Your findings will directly shape our adoption strategy. You will work closely with the AI Nexus core team. You will also collaborate with your university supervisor. We support academic collaboration and value external validation of our approach.

Write your Master's thesis on AI adoption and organizational transformation
Design and run employee surveys, interviews, and adoption assessments
Analyze adoption data and identify barriers and enablers
