Dies sind die wichtigsten Voraussetzungen, die du für deinen Erfolg benötigen:

• Master-Abschluss in Sozialforschung oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet, mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung in diesem Bereich

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Daten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Datensätze effektiv zu analysieren und zu interpretieren

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Forschungsprojekte mit verschiedensten Beteiligten im vereinbarten Budget-und Zeitrahmen erfolgreich umzusetzen

• Freude an selbstständiger sowie teamorientierter Zusammenarbeit

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit MS Office und Datenprogrammen wie SPSS oder R

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Französisch von Vorteil
