Perform a variety of radiographic procedures for diagnosis and intervention under the direction of a Radiologist. Assume responsibility for designated areas and procedures within the urgent care center setting.
Must hold ARRT, BLS, FL RT, and RTR certifications. Candidates must be flexible to work various shift lengths and rotate across seven different urgent care locations.
Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention. Technologist will assume responsibility for all designated areas and procedures as required.
ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RT: Florida Radiologic Tech
RTR: Registered Tech Radiology
Our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Additionally, shifts can vary from 8 hour shifts to 10 and 12 hour shifts. Flexibility to work at all 7 of our urgent care locations is also required, however schedule location preferences will be taken into consideration.
