Oversee daily phlebotomy operations to ensure accurate and timely specimen collection and processing. Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring, and training new employees while maintaining safety standards.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience, with 3-4 years preferred. Certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting and various clearances including CPR and FBI background checks are required.

Act as a coach, mentor, instructor, and resource person for new employees. Works in conjunction with and under the supervision of the medical technologists at times.

Must interact with other departments.
