Deliver evidence-based care focused on nutrition, movement, and behavioral change for patients with chronic gut and metabolic conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide both synchronous and asynchronous support via remote patient monitoring.
Requires RD/RDN certification and at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Proficiency in Spanish and knowledge of nutritional approaches for GI conditions like IBS, IBD, and SIBO are highly preferred.

Our patients are assigned a “whole patient” care team and have seven day a week access to app-based care, using Remote Patient Monitoring (“RPM”) to bill under the patient’s insurance. This is a major step forward to go beyond episodic appointments to continuous care at home, and deliver interdisciplinary wraparound care in partnership with the patient’s existing local doctor.
