Under close supervision, performs a variety of functions including fabrication, assembly or testing in the production of electrical, mechanical, or other components/devices manufactured or assembled in a clean-room environment. Operates appropriate equipment in performing the functions. Assists in setting up work stations and follows written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments.

CALIFICACIONES (Educación/Capacitación, Experiencia y Certificaciones)

Calificaciones mínimas:

• Finalización de la escuela secundaria o equivalente

• De 0 a 2 años de experiencia equivalente en producción en un ambiente de sala limpia

Calificaciones preferidas:

• Experiencia trabajando en un ambiente de cuarto limpio

• Conocimiento de manufactura o producción

CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y APTITUDES (Requeridos para desempeñar el puesto competentemente)

• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación

• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de equipo

• Realizar tareas con el máximo compromiso hacia la seguridad y la calidad

• Capacidad para ser entrenado y cumplir con todos los protocolos de sala limpia

• Capacidad para comprender y seguir protocolos, políticas y procedimientos del sitio

• Debe ser flexible, con pensamiento proactivo, motivado y capaz de actuar de manera independiente

• Debe poder levantar un mínimo de 50 libras (aprox. 23 kg)

• Habilidades básicas de computación, incluyendo Microsoft Office, con dominio de Word y Excel

• Habilidades de resolución de problemas

CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES DE TRABAJO Y ESFUERZO FÍSICO (Típicos del Puesto)

Las características del entorno de trabajo y el esfuerzo físico descritos a continuación representan las condiciones que un asociado encuentra al realizar las funciones esenciales del puesto. Normalmente trabaja en un entorno de producción/sala limpia con iluminación y ventilación adecuadas, y un rango normal de temperatura y nivel de ruido.

Se requiere que el asociado permanezca de pie y camine durante la mayor parte del día laboral. Los requisitos físicos del puesto incluyen hablar, oír, doblarse/inclinarse, agacharse, arrastrarse, subir a cierta altura, alcanzar por encima del hombro, ponerse en cuclillas, arrodillarse, mantener el equilibrio y empujar/halar. Además, el puesto requiere que los asociados levanten/carguen/empujen o tiren hasta 50 libras, con o sin asistencia.

Los asociados usan ambas manos para acciones repetitivas como agarrar y manipular, así como ambos pies para movimientos repetitivos al operar controles de pie. Las habilidades de visión específicas requeridas incluyen visión de cerca, visión periférica, percepción de profundidad y la capacidad de ajustar el enfoque.
