The Quality Control Technician III performs routine inspections, testing, and gauging of materials and finished goods against approved specifications. They also conduct process audits and maintain accurate documentation to ensure adherence to operational procedures.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a regulated environment. A high school diploma and a Quality Technician degree are required, along with proficiency in GD&T and measuring instruments.
The Quality Control Technician III is responsible for performing and documenting routine checks, testing, gauging and instrument inspections of materials, goods in process, and finished goods. The Quality Control Technician III is responsible for inspection / testing of materials and products against approved specifications using validated inspection and testing methods. He/She will also perform process audits during normal hours in order to ensure adherence to approved operational procedures. Is also responsible for documentation related to such inspections.
