The Facilities Manager leads all site operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment. This role oversees plant maintenance, building operations, utilities, and security while managing contractors and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of facilities management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably within medical devices or life sciences. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field is preferred, along with strong knowledge of regulatory standards like FDA and ISO 13485.
