The Production Leader is responsible for supervising production lines to ensure quality standards, productivity goals, and efficient material flow are met. They must also manage staff training, certification, and ensure all manufacturing documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Proficiency in English at a 40% level and availability to work the specified shift in Cartago are required.
