Lead formulation development and manufacturing processes for small-molecule oral dosage forms from early clinical phases through Phase 3. Coordinate cross-functional strategies to optimize drug absorption, bioavailability, and in vivo performance for regulatory submission.
Requires an advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with a PhD highly valued. Candidates must have industry experience in formulation development and biopharmaceutics, specifically with small-molecule oral products and CMC documentation.
