About the role:

As a Reseller Support Specialist with German, you will support our reseller partners and Partnership Managers, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive partner experience. You will coordinate reseller-related activities, maintain accurate partner information, and work closely with internal teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently and on time.

What you’ll do:

• Provide day-to-day operational support to reseller partners via tickets, phone and email, addressing inquiries and helping resolve partner-related cases in a timely and professional manner.

• Support Partnership Managers with operational and administrative matters, serving as a reliable point of contact for reseller-related requests and follow-ups.

• Monitor Partnership Managers’ performance against assigned targets, track progress, and maintain accurate information related to target achievement.

• Coordinate the distribution of commission-related files and information to Partnership Managers, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Facilitate the onboarding of new reseller partners, ensuring that the required information and documentation are collected, properly recorded, and maintained.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation for existing reseller partners, supporting effective partner administration throughout the relationship lifecycle.

• Review and audit CRM activities and records maintained by Partnership Managers, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established processes.

• Identify and prioritize urgent reseller-related cases requiring Sales Operations involvement, ensuring that critical matters are escalated and addressed promptly.

• Maintain and regularly update email distribution lists and contact information for active partners, ensuring reliable and effective partner communication.

• Collaborate with Partnership Managers, Sales Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support efficient reseller operations and contribute to a positive partner experience.

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, as you will communicate directly with our German-speaking reseller partners.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for internal communication within myPOS.

• Previous experience in customer support, partner support, sales support, sales operations, or a similar role would be an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with both external partners and internal stakeholders.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize urgent cases, and follow up effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, reports, documentation, and partner records.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Salesforce or another CRM system would be an advantage.

• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

• Previous experience with resellers, partner networks, fintech, payments, or financial services would be considered an advantage.
