Твоите задачи:
• познавате отлично характеристиките на продуктите в обекта – предимства, материали, цени, ползи за клиентите;
• осигурявате възможно най-доброто обслужване на нашите клиенти. Те са нашият пръв приоритет;
• гарантирате, че обектът е винаги готов да посреща посетители по отношение на цени, правилно сглобени продукти и безопасност през целия ден;
• знаете и прилагате всички установени процедури, които са свързани с Центъра за поръчки;
• напътствате клиентите и обяснявате системата за продажби на ИКЕА;
• грижите се обектът, в който работите, да покрива стандартите на компанията през целия ден.
Твоят профил:
• опит в сферата на търговията на дребно с големи обеми от бързооборотни стоки е предимство;
• много добра комуникативност и умения за работа в екип;
• инициативност и умения за решаване на проблеми;
• способност за работа в динамична среда.
