5. Minivan bookings (for clients and staff)
6. FBA allowance application for staff's business trips, restaurants booking etc
7. Staff reimbursements report check
8. Dashboard updating, info passing and sharing to remote team
9. Video, pic taking of show units
10. other coordinating tasks in the department
