The shift supervisor leads the coffeehouse team to provide high-quality service and maintain store operating standards. They are responsible for coaching staff, managing daily tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
Candidates must have at least six months of experience in customer service and six months of experience in delegating tasks to others. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
