The General Manager leads restaurant operations by managing the team and driving a culture of excellence in culinary, beverage, and service standards. They are responsible for achieving financial goals and sustainable growth through effective leadership of people and business processes.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience in restaurant, hotel, or retail environments and a proven record of success in full-service dining. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to obtain ServSafe and other regulatory certifications is required.
