The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in implementing store processes, including employee supervision, staffing, and inventory management. They are responsible for maintaining store standards, ensuring financial integrity, and operating the store in the manager's absence.
A high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred, along with one year of retail experience for external candidates. Candidates must be 21 years or older and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in the effective implementation of all store processes including employee supervision, staffing, inventory management, stocking and receiving, paperwork, and store needs. This position is utilized to foster interactive development of an external candidate for the Store Manager role and is to be held for a limited period.
