The Sales Associate drives store profitability by providing personalized customer service and meeting sales goals through product knowledge. They are also responsible for maintaining visual standards, handling register transactions, and supporting operational replenishment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with retail or sales experience preferred. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of standing and lifting in a retail environment.
