Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the F&I Coordinator for processing customer cash and cheque collections.
• Safeguard Vehicle Customs Certificates and release them against approved sales deals.
• Collect customer payments through cash, cheques, and bank cards and ensure accurate posting in SAP.
• Process cheques through Transguard Security and issue receipts for payments received.
• Manage daily showroom expenses and record transactions in the SAP cash journal.
• Prepare petty cash reimbursements and reconcile petty cash balances.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawer balances and cash sales receipts.
• Coordinate with Head Office Accounts for timely updates and corrections related to cash and bank transactions.
• Monitor and account for selection item movements in SAP and conduct periodic physical stock verification.
• Support F&I Coordinators with second-set preparation and submission of bank finance and insurance reports.
• Prepare and arrange documentation for weekly submission of sales deals and insurance debit/credit notes.
• Ensure compliance with cash transaction policies and minimize the risk of fraud and errors.
• Assist internal and external auditors as required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Accounts & Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in cash handling, accounting activities, and computerized accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
