The Shift Leader leads by example, coaches team members, resolves guest concerns, and helps maintain a positive, high-energy work environment. This position is ideal for team members looking to grow their leadership skills and advance within the organization.
This position serves as a development role for future Restaurant Supervisors and General Managers. Team members who demonstrate strong leadership, operational knowledge, and consistent performance may be considered for advancement opportunities within the company.
