The Slot Marketing Representative participates in marketing functions, enrolls qualified players, and issues rewards. They are also responsible for operating specialized equipment, managing ticket sales, and assisting with special events and promotions.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess the ability to obtain a gaming registration. One year of experience in a slot club or customer relations role is preferred, along with strong communication and computer skills.

Participate in marketing-related functions. Issue Boarding Pass cards and input data into the system. Enroll qualified players. Issue comps to qualified players. Be involved in special events/promotions. Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to CMS standard computer terminal, embossers, info genesis and scanners. Be involved in ticket sales.
Minimum age requirement is 21. One-year experience in slot club or customer relations preferred. Have knowledge of a computer keyboard. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Be able to work in a fast paced environment and accurately manage multiple projects. Must be able to obtain a gaming registration.
