The associate is responsible for performing pharmacy service representative functions, including computer entry of prescription information and insurance billing. They also assist with inventory management, maintaining department cleanliness, and preparing medications as permitted by state law.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, they are required to have at least 600 practical hours of experience working in retail or pharmacy operations.

This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.
To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus 600 practical hours working in retail and/or pharmacy operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
