The Supervisor assists the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional service to pet parents. Key duties include managing front-end operations, maintaining store cleanliness, and promoting pet health through product knowledge.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a passion for pet well-being and a flexible schedule for evenings and weekends. Professional experience in retail sales and supervision is preferred, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds.

As a Supervisor, you make a difference in the lives of pets by delivering exceptional service to our pet parents, acting as a steward of the store’s environment, achieving positive business results, and performing operational functions.
