Candidates must have successfully completed the H&R Block Income Tax Course and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with comfort using digital and AI-based tools, are required for this role.
As a seasonal Tax Associate at H&R Block, you’ll begin a career in tax and client services—no prior tax experience required. With training and support from day one, you’ll work directly with clients to gather information, prepare tax returns, and answer questions while building valuable skills and strong client relationships. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities to increase your earnings as you build tax knowledge and grow in the role. This role is in-person at a local H&R Block tax office.
