The Retail Sales Consultant is responsible for engaging customers to provide expert safety footwear solutions and achieving assigned sales targets. They also manage POS transactions, maintain store displays, and assist with warehouse shipments and order fulfillment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work 35-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders, along with strong communication and computer skills.
