The Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through personalized shoe recommendations and stellar engagement. They also manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and maintaining store organization.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods is required.
As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes. You are committed to staying informed about trends and sharing that knowledge with customers, ultimately building engaging customer experiences.
