Through personal demonstration, training, and development, you support an in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are enthusiastic about the product and presentation of your store, staying up to date on trends, and supporting the education of the store team to do the same. Most importantly, you LOVE shoes, and regardless of your style, you help every person who enters your store experience a little bit of that Famous Feeling.
