The Assistant District Manager provides hands-on guidance to Store Managers to drive standards, results, and compliance across a district of up to 20 stores. They act as a liaison between head office and store operations while managing P&L and personnel development.
Candidates need 3+ years of multi-unit or senior store leadership experience and post-secondary education in a related field. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and the ability to obtain provincial cannabis certifications are required.

The Assistant District Manager helps lead a district — typically under 20 stores — with more hands-on guidance and support than a standalone District Manager role. You coach Store Managers, drive standards and results across your stores, and keep the district compliant and well-run. It's a role built for a strong multi-store leader growing into full district ownership. (Store counts are guidelines; exceptions apply based on market and store complexity.)
