The merchandiser is responsible for stocking, rotating, and displaying products in large volume stores while maintaining neat storage areas. They must also build customer relationships, communicate store issues to management, and ensure promotional materials are correctly placed.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and have reliable personal transportation for travel between store locations. The role requires the physical ability to lift, load, and move cases weighing up to 45 pounds.
Because the material job duties of this role involve regular field work (away from a physical Company location), including visiting customer locations and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers of the Company, and the general public -- following a conditional offer of employment, the Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history in accordance with applicable laws to ensure safety. A conditional offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.
