Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring every beverage meets Loews’ quality standards.
Respond to guest questions, offer recommendations, and resolve inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
Craft and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty coffees, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Stock and serve light snacks, pastries, and pre-packaged items while maintaining freshness and quality.
Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and reconcile the cash drawer.
Apply correct pricing and promotional discounts during transactions to ensure accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee, syrups, snacks, and supplies throughout the day, replenishing as needed.
Communicate low stock levels to the supervisor for timely reordering.
Maintain a clean, organized coffee cart and surrounding area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
Clean and sanitize equipment, including coffee machines and grinders, on a regular schedule.
Assist with opening and closing duties and support other food and beverage operations when needed.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include:
Previous experience in a food and beverage setting, particularly with coffee service, is highly preferred.
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
