Supervises the performance and growth of Small Format Sales Representatives while ensuring effective communication between suppliers and retailers. Monitors brand distribution and retail presence to ensure supplier integrity and operational efficiency.
Requires the ability to coach employees, manage performance, and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds. Previous beverage industry experience is helpful but not required, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
