leadership through podcasts, newsletters, social media, speaking engagements,
and online education. She is looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant
who can execute operational and marketing tasks, allowing her to focus on
strategy, consulting, and business growth.
Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual
Assistant who thrives on execution. The ideal candidate enjoys turning
completed content into published, scheduled, and organized assets across
multiple platforms.
Kristen already creates most of the content herself (or
works with podcast production partners). The VA's primary responsibility is
ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that every piece of content
reaches its intended destination.
This is not primarily a content creation role—it's an
execution, coordination, organization, and publishing role with opportunities
to grow into content creation over time.
