Responsibilities

The Product Manager is responsible for managing assigned brands, developing annual marketing plans, and implementing strategic tactics within the Immunology business unit. This includes managing budgets, coordinating with external agencies, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences or an MBA in Business/Marketing. Several years of marketing experience are required, including at least 1-2 years specifically within the pharma, biotech, or medical technology industry.

Product Manager (m/w/x)

Vollzeit, Standort München

Sie verwalten die zugewiesene Marke und beteiligen sich an der strategischen Planung, entwickeln jährliche Marketingpläne und setzen Strategien sowie Taktiken effizient um. Außerdem verwaltet der Product Manager (m/w/x) Werbeaktivitäten, überwacht Budgets und arbeitet sowohl mit externen Beratern als auch mit internen Teams zusammen. Darüber hinaus vertreten Sie CSL Vifor auf externen Meetings und Kongressen vor Ort.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Implementierung von Marketingkonzepten, Markenplänen und Werbekampagnen für das Portfolio sowie Approval, Einweisung und Überwachung der Agenturen
  • Koordination und Präsentation strategischer und taktischer Marketingpläne innerhalb Deutschlands in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Market Access und Medical
  • Erstellung eines jährlichen Marketingbudgets und Überwachung periodischer Finanzmarketingprognosen
  • Beobachtung und Bewertung des sich verändernden Wettbewerbsumfeld, mit präzisem Blick auf Verschreiber, Patienten, Wettbewerber, Produkte und Preise
  • Adäquate Reaktion auf klinische Studien, Trends im wirtschaftlichen und politischen Umfeld
  • Identifikation neuer Produktmöglichkeiten, Beschleunigung von Prozessen rund um Verpackung, Verwaltung sowie Linienerweiterungskonzepten
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu KOLs, Kunden, Forschungseinrichtungen oder Patientenorganisationen als Markenbotschafter
  • Interaktion mit Healthcare Professionals im Einklang mit dem gesetzlichen Rahmen, lokalen Regeln und Unternehmensrichtlinien

Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung:

  • Bachelor- oder Master Sc. in Naturwissenschaften (z.B. Pharmazie) und/oder MBA Betriebswirtschaft/Marketing
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketingumfeld, darunter mindestens 1-2 Jahre in der Pharma-, Biotech- oder Medizintechnikbranche
  • Kenntnisse als Produktmanager oder Markenbotschafter sind ein großes Plus
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denken
  • Proaktivität, Teamfähigkeit/Crossfunktionales Arbeiten, Hands-on Mentalität/Pragmatismus, "Über den Tellerrand" Denken und Handeln
