💡 The Context: A "Startup" within a global Scale-up While Base.com is an established global player with over 400 employees, our Italian branch was born just 5 months ago! We operate locally with a fast-paced, startup mindset where everything is yet to be built. You will be our very first marketing hire in Italy, reporting directly to the Country Head. We are not looking for an executive to oversee a team, but a dynamic, highly hands-on and fluent Italian-speaking professional (with roughly 3-5 years of experience) who wants to roll up their sleeves, execute on the front lines, and build the local marketing foundation from scratch. You won't have a team from day one, but as the business grows, your role will grow with it!
