Sarai coinvolto con crescenti responsabilità nelle seguenti attività:
Disegno, sviluppo, test e misurazione delle performance di modelli di Machine Learning e di modelli statistici in ambito Marketing e Sales: segmentazioni, Customer scoring, modelli di classificazione, modelli predittivi, modelli di propensione/raccomandazione;
Sviluppo e implementazione di tecniche di Generative AI per la creazione di soluzioni conversazionali innovative, utilizzando tecnologie basate su Large Language Model (LLM) e framework quali il Retrieval Augmented Generator (RAG).
Analisi dati avanzate sul comportamento dei Clienti sia su canali fisici che digitali attraverso esplorazione di dati strutturati e non strutturati, al fine di ottenere insight di business;
Sviluppo di analisi quantitative e modelli di Machine Learning a supporto di progettualità di data-driven Strategy & Decision Making,
Raccolta dei requisiti progettuali a diretto contatto con il cliente per il disegno e l’implementazione di soluzioni data-driven ed AI-driven;
Your unique strengths
Possiedi una laurea magistrale preferibilmente ad indirizzo ingegneristico o scientifico (es. Data Science, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Matematica, Informatica, Statistica, Matematica, Fisica);
Hai maturato esperienza di 3-4 anni in Aziende Leader nel proprio mercato di riferimento o in primarie Società di consulenza all’interno di progetti di Advance Analytics e Data Science in ambito Marketing;
Hai un’ottima conoscenza del linguaggio Python;
Possiedi una buona conoscenza dei database relazionali e del linguaggio SQL;
Sei esperto nell’utilizzo di piattaforme Cloud come AWS, Azure e GCP;
Conosci tecnologie basate su Large Language Model (LLM) e tecniche di Generative AI (RAG o PEFT) per lo sviluppo di applicazioni; nonché sperimentazione di framework agentici più avanzati (LangChain, AutoGen);
Hai forti competenze analitiche e ti interessa usare i dati per trovare soluzioni funzionali, creative ed innovative a problemi complessi;
Parli e scrivi in inglese fluentemente;
Le tue ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative ti permettono di instaurare rapporti di fiducia con i clienti;
Ti interessa lavorare in team, coordinare gruppi di lavoro, crescere professionalmente in un ambiente dinamico, stimolante e positivo;
Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al 1° livello CCNL Commercio con una retribuzione indicativa tra 36.000€-50.000€, la cui determinazione finale sarà definita anche in base alla valutazione delle tue competenze ed esperienze pregresse. In aggiunta, è prevista una componente variabile legata alla performance fino a un massimo del 10% della retribuzione.
