Purpose of role:

The Brand Manager works closely with local and regional stakeholders to bring brand strategies to life, embedding the brand into consumers’ daily wellbeing routines. This is achieved by translating consumer insights, market trends, and product benefits into relevant propositions and impactful marketing programs.

The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans across the full funnel—from Awareness, Consideration, Conversion with strong execution in each channel.

Responsibilities include:

Brand Strategy & Planning

• Execute annual brand and marketing plans in line with overall brand strategy, business goals, and market opportunities. 

• Assist in developing brand positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies to strengthen brand equity and drive business growth. 

• Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness, consideration, and customer engagement. 

• Identify opportunities to improve brand performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

Product Development & Launch Management

• Support the end-to-end new product development (NPD) process, working closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance. 

• Coordinate product launch activities, ensuring successful execution of launch plans, timelines, and commercialization strategies. 

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify consumer needs, market gaps, and innovation opportunities

Marketing Campaign & Brand Activation

• Manage day-to-day brand activities, including advertising, promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, social media content, and consumer engagement programs.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans to ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

• Work with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to develop impactful marketing materials and campaigns that support brand objectives.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing activities based on performance metrics and return on investment (ROI).

Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

• Track and analyze brand health, market share, sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive activities.

• Leverage consumer and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.

• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and evolving consumer behaviors to maintain brand competitiveness.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure quality deliverables, adherence to brand guidelines, and achievement of campaign objectives.

Budget & Project Management

• Manage assigned Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets, ensuring expenditures are effectively allocated and aligned with approved plans.

• Monitor marketing investments, track spending against budget, and evaluate campaign ROI.

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed objectives.

Who are you?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; qualifications in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Naturopathy, or related disciplines are an advantage. 

• 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing within the Beauty, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Health Supplements, OTC, or Consumer Products industry. 

• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated brand plans, product launches, and marketing campaigns that drive business growth and deliver results within budget. 

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and consumer insight capabilities, with the ability to translate market opportunities into effective marketing strategies, in the areas of Immunity, Mental Health, and Healthy Ageing

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and innovative consumer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive brand growth. 

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners. 

• Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken), 

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities independently, and maintain strong attention to detaill
