Met ons vaste contract van 20+ uur per week (min - max contract) combineer je een gegarandeerd vast basisinkomen en ongelimiteerde commissies in het weekend met flexibiliteit doordeweeks. Butternut Box is een nieuw soort hondenvoer: vers. De ingrediënten zijn van hoge kwaliteit, langzaam gegaard zodat zoveel mogelijk vitaminen behouden blijven, en er zitten geen onnodige toevoegingen in. Ook voor de baasjes is het handig: je bestelt onze box online en het verse voer wordt in perfecte porties thuisbezorgd.
We zijn een snelgroeiend bedrijf dat in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is begonnen en sinds 2022 ook in Nederland actief is. Ons Nederlandse kantoor bevindt zich op de Weteringschans in hartje Amsterdam. Als B Corp-gecertificeerd bedrijf kun je er zeker van zijn dat je deel uitmaakt van een duurzame organisatie die zorg draagt voor onze mensen, ons product en de planeet.
Wat ga je doen?Als Field Sales Associate sta je op allerlei evenementen en beurzen door heel Nederland om ons toffe product te verkopen. Je vertegenwoordigt Butternut Box op face-to-face verkooplocaties: van grote lifestyle- en consumentenbeurzen (zoals de Huishoudbeurs) tot foodfestivals, lokale markten en hondenevenementen. Samen met je teamleden (een dynamisch team dat weet van aanpakken) sta je op stand en ontmoet je veel hondeneigenaren wiens situatie je echt probeert te begrijpen zodat je de toegevoegde waarde van Butternut Box voor hun situatie goed kan toelichten. Je sluit de dag, als je zin hebt, gezellig af met een borrel.
Wat bieden wij:Gegarandeerde uren & basisinkomen: Een vast contract van 20 uur per week voor financiële stabiliteit (gegarandeerd all-in basisuurloon vanaf juli is € 17,91).
Ongelimiteerde commissies: Bovenop je vaste basisinkomen profiteer je van een transparant commissiesysteem zonder plafond: hoe meer je verkoopt, hoe harder je bankrekening groeit!
Realistische verdiensten (Salaris + Commissie): Gemiddeld € 2300,- bruto per 4 weken op basis van 20 uur per week. Onze topverkopers verdienen nog meer!
Training en ontwikkeling: Je krijgt salestrainingen van onze ervaren sales trainer waarmee je jouw field sales skills naar een nog hoger niveau tilt: waardevol voor je verdere carrière!
De perfecte balans voor jouw eigen onderneming of bezigheden: Doordat je vooral werkt op vrijdag-zondag, houd je doordeweeks grotendeels vrij voor eventuele andere activiteiten zoals je eigen business, projecten, hobby's of een part time studie!
Doorgroeimogelijkheden: We groeien hard en jij kan met ons meegroeien. Eerder stroomden onze sales toppers door naar functies als shift supervisor, event manager en sales manager.
Reiskostenvergoeding: Je reiskosten worden netjes vergoed volgens onze regeling (reistijd zelf is voor eigen rekening).
Een hecht team van ongeveer 16 andere sales collega's met maandelijks gezellige uitjes en ieder jaar een grote Summer party met het hele Benelux team!

Extra bonus: Tot wel € 500,- bonus wanneer je nieuwe teamleden aanlevert. Want wat is er nou leuker dan werken met je vrienden?
Functie-eisen:Woonachtig in Nederland: Waar exact maakt niet zoveel uit, want je zult komen te werken op evenementen verspreid door het land.
Sales-minded: Je hebt ervaring met klantcontact en face-to-face verkoop (ervaring in field- of evenementensales is een grote pre). Je bent resultaatgericht en houdt van targets.
Energie: Je bent gemotiveerd, zelfverzekerd, communicatief sterk en niet bang om in grote ruimtes en op drukke beurzen op mensen af te stappen.
Beschikbaarheid: De meerderheid van je shifts zullen op vrijdag t/m zondag zijn, probeer die dagen zoveel mogelijk vrij te houden. Je kunt ook, in overleg, van maandag t/m donderdag ingeroosterd worden.
Je bent natuurlijk een echte hondenliefhebber!
