The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing VM guidelines and optimizing store layouts to drive sales. They also train and coach store staff on merchandising techniques and analyze sales figures to make strategic layout adjustments.
Candidates should have a strong eye for style combined with commercial awareness and the energy to work on the shop floor. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a team player are required.

Als Visual Merchandiser bij Name It combineer je creativiteit met commercieel inzicht.
Je bent dagelijks op de winkelvloer bezig met het neerzetten van de collectie, visueel sterk én zo ingericht dat het verkoopt. Je werkt hands-on met de stock, zorgt dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plek ligt en houdt het overzicht zonder de details uit het oog te verliezen. Maar je rol gaat verder dan de presentatie alleen. Jij traint en coacht de winkels zodat iedereen begrijpt wat goede merchandising oplevert. Samen behaal je de beste resultaten voor de winkel.
