Hello there and a warm welcome to Sungrow! We’re thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the stable operation of our production and office systems, the IT Support Engineer.

Deploy, maintain, and respond to incidents for factory information systems and IT infrastructure.
Provide crucial IT support during critical production periods, including on-site troubleshooting.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Support employee end-user devices (computers, phones, mobile devices) and office equipment.
Assist in maintaining the factory network environment, including switches, routers, and wireless networks.
Provide support for meeting room IT equipment and AV systems.
Support factory smart systems, including CCTV, access control, and time & attendance systems.
Collaborate with HQ or regional IT teams to promote standardization and security.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations, preferably in manufacturing.
Familiarity with Windows Active Directory domain management and basic Linux administration.
Ability to independently analyze and resolve end-user and network issues.
Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
Strong service mindset, adaptable to a factory environment, and skilled in prioritizing issues.
English reading and writing skills (C1); spoken English is a plus.
Knowledge of Polish or other European languages is a plus.
