The IT Support Engineer will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot factory information systems and IT infrastructure. They will also provide on-site support for end-user devices, network equipment, and smart factory systems.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess 3 or more years of experience in IT support. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and basic networking concepts is required, along with strong English communication skills.
