The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading, motivating, and directing manufacturing department activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and budgetary goals. They oversee daily operations, manage personnel performance, and ensure efficient production workflows using Lean Manufacturing methods.
The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in rubber or composites manufacturing and two years of supervisory experience. An associate degree in a technical field is preferred, along with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

The Manufacturing Supervisor reports to the Production Manager. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily activities required to meet safety, quality, delivery, and budgetary goals. The Supervisor will lead, motivate, and direct others towards those goals. The position requires a person who is quality orientated with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Supervisor interacts with customers, suppliers, and all levels of the organization.
Respirator Use Requirement
Certain areas within the department may require the use of a respirator due to operational or environmental conditions. In accordance with safety regulations and proper respirator fit standards, employees assigned to these areas must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face. This requirement ensures the effectiveness of the equipment and the safety of the operator.
