The RMA Warranty Technician will inspect, disposition, and report on customer product returns while providing technical support and issue resolution. They will also manage data entry in databases and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient repair and shipping processes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2-3 years of experience in technical or customer service roles. Strong knowledge of firearms, optics, and proficiency with MS Office applications are required for this position.

The RMA Warranty Technician I collaborates with Customer Service, Product Line Management, Design Engineering, and Quality Teams to process, inspect, disposition, and report on customer returns. This position may also assist with general customer service follow-up, live fire testing, production, receiving and shipping.
