The Staff Engineer supports the HVAC team by conducting performance and energy efficiency testing and developing test plans aligned with regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for mentoring junior engineers, participating in standard development committees, and conducting audits at customer facilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, with 10+ years of experience in HVAC product design, testing, and the regulatory landscape. Candidates must be able to interpret technical drawings and standards and be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

The Staff Engineer – HVAC Performance is responsible for supporting the Plano, TX HVAC Team with project work, conducting and attending audits, mentoring and training staff, as well as participating in technical standard development. This position will travel at least 25% of the time.
