The Maintenance Supervisor will lead frontline teams to ensure equipment uptime and reliability within a manufacturing facility. They are responsible for scheduling staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and 1 year of leadership experience. An associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
